Both periods start on the day you receive your product: return within 30 days without giving a reason, or try for up to 100 days in total and return it if the comfort or use does not suit you. This applies to personal and business orders.
After normal trial use, return the complete product for a full refund without usage or restocking fees. You disassemble and securely pack it; we provide a free return label. The original box is recommended, not required.
All Paperloops products have a 5-year warranty under normal use. We cover all costs of an accepted warranty claim, including necessary transport.

Which Paperloops chair should I choose?
CloudOne combines a contoured foam seat, adjustable seat depth, a mesh backrest and 2D lumbar support. CloudZero offers 4D armrests at a lower starting price. CloudPro adds precise manual 5D lumbar adjustment with 3D armrests. CloudPlus adds electric massage alongside mechanical lumbar adjustment. Choose the seat feel and features you prefer.
How does the 100-day trial work?
Both periods begin on the day you receive your product. Return it within 30 days without giving a reason, or try it for up to 100 days in total and return it if the comfort or use does not suit you. This applies to every product and to personal and business orders.
Are returns free?
For normal trial use and a complete return, we refund the full purchase price without usage, processing or restocking fees. You disassemble and securely pack the product; Paperloops supplies a free return label. Keeping the original box is recommended, not required.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock office chairs ordered before 21:00, Monday–Friday, are dispatched the same day (Netherlands time). Chair delivery takes 3–5 working days. We do not ship to the United Kingdom, Norway or Switzerland.
For desks, check the product page for delivery details. Installation is arranged separately with Paperloops.
Do I need to assemble the chairs myself?
Yes. Paperloops chairs are delivered in parts and require assembly. Clear instructions and the required components are included, and assembly is designed to be straightforward.
Are standing desks delivered assembled?
Professional desk installation is available in the Netherlands and Belgium by arrangement. Check the selected desk and confirm the delivery and installation appointment with Paperloops.
Where can I check the chair test information?
Our standards page lists supplier-model test reports and their exact scope. CloudOne has supplier EN 1335 documentation and a complete-chair ANSI/BIFMA X5.1-2017 test report. Ask us for the document for your exact model and supplied variant.
What does the 5-year warranty cover?
All Paperloops products come with a 5-year warranty under normal use. Paperloops covers all costs of an accepted warranty claim, including necessary transport. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
