How does the 100-day trial work?
Try your Paperloops chair or desk at home for up to 100 days. This gives you enough time to experience it during real working days. If it is not the right fit, contact us within the trial period and we will guide you through the return process.
Are returns free?
Yes, eligible returns within the trial period are free. Contact our support team before returning your product so we can arrange the correct collection or return method. The product must meet the conditions stated in our return policy.
Are standing desks delivered assembled?
Yes. Paperloops standing desks are delivered and professionally installed at your chosen location by our team. You do not need to assemble the desk yourself. We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery and installation appointment.
Do I need to assemble the chairs myself?
Yes. Our office chairs are delivered in parts and require assembly. Clear instructions and the necessary components are included. Assembly is designed to be straightforward and can normally be completed without professional help.
How long does delivery take?
All orders are shipped from the Netherlands. Office chairs ordered before 21:00 are dispatched the same day. Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days within the Netherlands and approximately 5–7 working days to other European countries. Standing desks are delivered by appointment within approximately two weeks.
What does the 5-year warranty cover?
Paperloops products come with a five-year warranty. This covers qualifying manufacturing and material defects under normal use. Normal wear, accidental damage and damage caused by incorrect use are not covered.
