If a piece of furniture is not to your liking, you can submit a return request. We will then pick up the furniture free of charge. We will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days.
30 days of trials
We offer a 30-day trial period for your desk or office chair. If you are not satisfied with the desk or office chair, you can simply submit a return request, and we will pick up the furniture from you free of charge. We guarantee quality; in the past two years, we have delivered more than 30,000 desks to companies and private individuals. Desks or office chairs that are returned are subsequently sold as refurbished.
