Paperloops is operated by a small team based in the Netherlands, with a focus on ergonomic office furniture, workspace comfort and practical office solutions.
Many people spend hours behind a desk every day, but still work from chairs and desks that do not properly support their body. Paperloops was started to offer ergonomic office furniture that combines comfort, functionality and a minimalistic design.
We focus on ergonomic chairs, sit-stand desks and workspace solutions for people who work from home, professionals, small businesses and companies that want to improve their office environment.

Why we started Paperloops

Paperloops works with furniture suppliers that provide product documentation, compliance certificates and independent test reports for selected products.
For our ergonomic office chairs, available documentation includes supplier certificates and test reports related to European product safety requirements, EN 1335 office chair standards, GPSR/GPSD product safety requirements and ANSI/BIFMA X5.1 testing for selected chair models.
For our height-adjustable desks, available documentation includes CE-related conformity documents for low voltage and electromagnetic compatibility requirements, as well as EN 15372 testing for selected desk models.
In addition, our supplier holds ISO 9001 quality management system certification for the manufacturing and sale of office furniture.
