How does the 100-day trial work?
Beide termijnen beginnen op de dag waarop je je product ontvangt. Je kunt het binnen 30 dagen zonder opgaaf van reden retourneren, of het in totaal maximaal 100 dagen uitproberen en retourneren als het comfort of het gebruik je niet bevalt. Dit geldt voor elk product en voor zowel particuliere als zakelijke bestellingen.
Voor normaal uitproberen en volledig retourneren betalen we de volledige aankoopprijs terug, zonder gebruiks-, verwerkings- of herbevoorradingskosten. Je demonteert het product en verpakt het veilig; Paperloops verstrekt een gratis retourlabel. Het is aanbevolen om de originele doos te bewaren, maar het is niet verplicht.

Where do you deliver?
Kantoorstoelen die op voorraad zijn en van maandag tot en met vrijdag vóór 21:00 uur worden besteld, worden dezelfde dag verzonden (Nederlandse tijd). De levering duurt 3-5 werkdagen. We verzenden niet naar het Verenigd Koninkrijk, Noorwegen of Zwitserland.
