How does the 100-day trial work?
Both periods begin on the day you receive your product. Return it within 30 days without giving a reason, or try it for up to 100 days in total and return it if the comfort or use does not suit you. This applies to every product and to personal and business orders.
For normal trial use and a complete return, we refund the full purchase price without usage, processing or restocking fees. You disassemble and securely pack the product; Paperloops supplies a free return label. Keeping the original box is recommended, not required.

Where do you deliver?
In-stock office chairs ordered before 21:00, Monday–Friday, are dispatched the same day (Netherlands time). Delivery takes 3–5 working days. We do not ship to the United Kingdom, Norway or Switzerland.
Free shipping applies to supported delivery addresses. Available destinations are confirmed at checkout.
Does CloudZero need assembly?
Yes. CloudZero is delivered for self-assembly with instructions and the required components. Need help getting it set up? Contact Paperloops with your order number.
What warranty comes with CloudZero?
All Paperloops products come with a 5-year warranty under normal use. Paperloops covers all costs of an accepted warranty claim, including necessary transport. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Is CloudZero only for occasional use?
We do not divide our chairs into fixed daily sitting-hour limits. Choose by fit, adjustment preferences and comfort. CloudZero has the same 100-day trial and 5-year warranty as the other models.
What makes CloudZero different from CloudOne?
CloudZero has 4D armrests. CloudOne has 3D armrests and an S-shaped foam seat with adjustable depth. Compare those features and your preferences rather than assuming one will suit everyone better.
