The right chair depends on your body, preferred adjustments and the features you value. CloudOne is our versatile all-rounder, while CloudZero is the value-focused option. CloudPro is positioned for work and gaming, and CloudPlus adds an integrated lumbar massage function.
How does the 100-day trial work?
Try your Paperloops product during real working days. If it is not the right fit, contact us within the applicable trial period and we will guide you through the return process.
Are returns free?
Eligible returns within the applicable trial and return conditions are free. Contact our support team before returning your product so we can arrange the correct return method.
How long does delivery take?
Office chairs ordered before 21:00 are dispatched the same day. Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days within the Netherlands and approximately 5–7 working days to other European countries. Standing desks are delivered by appointment within approximately two weeks.
Do I need to assemble the chairs myself?
Yes. Paperloops chairs are delivered in parts and require assembly. Clear instructions and the required components are included, and assembly is designed to be straightforward.
Are standing desks delivered assembled?
Paperloops standing desks are delivered and professionally installed at your chosen location. We contact you to arrange a suitable delivery and installation appointment.
Which chairs meet ergonomic standards?
Certifications and standards vary by model. Check the relevant product page or our standards page for the exact certifications applicable to each chair.
What does the 5-year warranty cover?
The warranty covers qualifying manufacturing and material defects under normal use. Normal wear, accidental damage and damage caused by incorrect use are not covered.
