How does the 100-day trial work?
Both periods begin on the day you receive your product. Return it within 30 days without giving a reason, or try it for up to 100 days in total and return it if the comfort or use does not suit you. This applies to every product and to personal and business orders.
For normal trial use and a complete return, we refund the full purchase price without usage, processing or restocking fees. You disassemble and securely pack the product; Paperloops supplies a free return label. Keeping the original box is recommended, not required.

Where do you deliver?
In-stock office chairs ordered before 21:00, Monday–Friday, are dispatched the same day (Netherlands time). Delivery takes 3–5 working days. We do not ship to the United Kingdom, Norway or Switzerland.
Free shipping applies to supported delivery addresses. Available destinations are confirmed at checkout.
Does CloudPro need assembly?
Yes. CloudPro is delivered for self-assembly with instructions and the required components. Need help getting it set up? Contact Paperloops with your order number.
What warranty comes with CloudPro?
All Paperloops products come with a 5-year warranty under normal use. Paperloops covers all costs of an accepted warranty claim, including necessary transport. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Is the CloudPro back support electric?
No. CloudPro has manually adjustable back support. The electric massage feature belongs to CloudPlus; it is not a CloudPro feature.
How is CloudPro different from CloudPlus?
CloudPro focuses on precise, manually adjustable 5D lumbar support and adjustable seat depth. CloudPlus adds an integrated electric lumbar massage function alongside mechanical lumbar adjustment. The trial, free returns and warranty are shared.
