At Paperloops, we care about your satisfaction. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right. This policy is fully compliant with European and U.S. consumer protection laws.

We offer a 30-day return period, which extends beyond the standard 14-day withdrawal right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

✅ Return Window: 30 Days

  • You may return any item within 30 calendar days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Return shipping is at your expense unless the product is defective or incorrect.

💸 Refunds

  • We’ll refund the entire purchase price, including standard shipping (not express options).

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after return approval.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products (unless faulty).

  • Products with broken hygiene seals (e.g., seat cushions, massage elements).

  • Custom-made or personalized items.


🇺🇸 For US Customers

Paperloops offers the same 30-day return policy for U.S. customers, in line with FTC regulations.

  • You must return items within 30 calendar days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

💸 Refunds

  • We refund the full product cost. Express shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If your item is defective or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping.

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for the shipping cost.


🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like another item, please return the original and place a new order.

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

We’ll provide you with a return address and shipping instructions.


⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement again.

  2. Contact your payment provider.
