At Paperloops, we do our best to offer flexible order options, including pre-orders for upcoming or limited-quantity products. Below you’ll find our policy regarding cancellations, tailored to both standard purchases and pre-orders.

🔁 1. Standard Orders

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • After 12 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already entered the packing or shipping process.

  • If cancellation is no longer possible, you may still be eligible for a return after delivery under our Refund Policy.

To cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at info@paperloops.com, with your order number and the subject line “Order Cancellation Request”.

📦 2. Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are reserving an item before it is officially in stock. This helps us plan inventory and manage demand for high-interest products.

❗ Pre-Order Cancellation Terms:

  • Pre-orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, free of charge.

  • After 24 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed and may be subject to a 15% cancellation fee to cover processing and reservation costs.

  • Once the item has shipped, the order can no longer be canceled. You may still return it upon delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to cancel any pre-order at our discretion if production issues, supply limitations, or external factors arise. In that case, you will receive a full refund.

📜 Legal Note (EU Compliance)

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods (not of ordering), including pre-orders, unless they fall under an exemption (e.g. custom-made items). This right is not the same as canceling before shipment.

The above cancellation windows (12–24 hours) are in addition to your EU withdrawal rights after delivery.
